yes, there are reporting gary, just as compass data is in the process of doing. Remember, these things don't take overnight, Compass Data is doing everything by the books, just like it should be done. when everything is in line, they will file soon and the stock will begin to trade within 60 days of that date. also, more buys today at 8 cents per share mitchell
