It's called FRIVOLOUS LAWSUITS...the judge will throw this case out.. worse case scenarios is GIFS issuing more shares to settle the suit if plantiff wins... My main concern right now is the discrepancies on CRI bonds... why there is a $17 million difference?? I felt that this is a major discrepancies and a lot of money... I wonder what accounting method they used before and now to have this kind of difference??? and my next question is if the bond only worth $99 millions plus, I wonder if the sale of CRIC asset will be also adjusted to reflect this lower audit??? If I'm the BUYER and found out I was short change, I will ask the difference on prices for what I paid...I understand that this is a prelimanary so far... Hopefully they will answer these questions by the time of CRIC closing on the 28th of April and still favorables on GIFs terms... and my next questions is where's TONTO??? just a thought... foOLish eL.........
