David,

The Wall Street y2k "darling" Zitel's stock lost half of it's value again this week when their president was asked to resign as they offered a "window" product for the y2k problem. In my opinion this TEMPORARY solution is an admission that Zitel's real solution has not been satisfactory. I think Wall Street has agreed.

This is significant because as the weak companies fall by the wayside, the ability to fix lines of code will command a greater price.

This week ZMAX completed 7 PILOT PROGRAMS, each with an S&P 500 company and ALL had an impressive 0% error rate! You would assume that this would lead to significant revenues and a number of contracts in the near future. I believe that this week we will see the first of a series of contractual announcements that will provide us with a very powerful short squeeze!

Regards,
Gary Weber
