Today, Siebert took back the $13.98 they had credited me with on 11/23 and instead credited me with $139.80. I was unable to reach anyone by phone to give any explanation of why the change. The bad news portion is that they are now valuing the 8.19% Debentures at 0, previously they had an estimated price of $32.11. They are not being traded, they said. Norman
