Linda, The secondary will price as of the close of trading the day before it starts to trade. Generally the offering puts pressure on the stock, but ICGE doesn't seem to be hurt by anything. 6 Million shares is not that greatly dilutive (80 M outstanding I think). They are using the funds to retire high interest debt, so it might actually strenghten the balance sheet. Certainly the offering to AT&T did nothing to depress the stock.

I am not buying any shares in the secondary, but neither am I selling my original shares. I may look at selling some calls if it keeps running up.
