Bong,

Please read back a few post to Jaime's and go back to the original deal. I believe that the CD is valued at 100mil and the CRIC at 17mil. Everything is right on. This will all be spelled out in about a week when they close.

By the way my certs came in the mail today. Monday would have been 3 weeks. Jaime and I are still trying to get a post together as soon as we can get some things verified and hopefully that will help answer some to the questions. As Jaime said we expect to get hit from all sides after the post but please understand we have spent a lot of time getting what info we can and we are only putting out what information we have been and confirmed to the best of our abilities. Polite questioning would be appreciated. It would be nice to keep the thread calm and not have another panic start.
