Standard & Poor's Outlook, which I preused over the weekend, said basically the same thing. The market is running on momentum. Value Line recommends 40-50 percent exposure in the 1-rated stocks. They all seem to be saying the market may have gone beyond the point of a safe deflation of the bubble.
