paul- i do not have to p.m my problem..
my problem is the same every morning lately..
the other day i put an order to sell SVRI AT
.85 AT THE BELL...6 mm were over my order
2 at .85 1 .86 2 at .90 and 1 at .91 and .92
in 45 minutes never sold,rod tells me that maybe
a relay problem,or maybe it was herzog system crashed
or maybe it got lost between mytrack and herzog because
order was place 2 minutes before the bell...every morning
it is another stupid excuse...today it was ECNC THAT SAT THERE AT
.17 cents for 25 minutes that never filled at .17 cents in the morning,EVERY SINGLE DAY IT IS SOMETHING ELSE..your system is find between 10;15 and 3;30
then i love this one,if your stock has too much volume it messes up the system and causes an overload and can not get screen to come up..
another words,no matter how many times you hit order screen forget it,you can not cancel order because of overload..beautiful..

PER ROD- PHONES HAVE CAPACITY TO HANDLE CALLS AND PEOPLE ARE THERE TO TAKE CALLS,GUESS WHAT ROD THEN WHY DOES EVERYONE HERE SIT ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES OR MORE..

i do not need my case singled out and worked on,but my 40 trades a day are down every single day and will get smaller everyday...

OH YEAH AS FOR HIGHER PEOPLE TO HANDLE THIS,DOES IT GET HIGHER THAN ROD COVLIN AND BARRY HERTZ,PROBABLY NOT,AND STILL GET NOWHERE....
STOP SOLICITNG YOUR SERVICES EVERYWHERE UNTIL YOU CAN HANDLE WHAT YOU GOT..
