I understand what your saying.. But like Kerry states "If you make it known who is the source" (ie the link) I think they don't bother with you.. Now if you were to post something and sign your name to it as if it was yours? Then I think that is an infringement..

But this guy is making hay over something everyone does.. I mean it's not like we're doing it in secret.. Many reporters read this site. If there was a problem we would have heard about it long ago.
