Bohdan and All STS shareholders,

I talkedto Guru this afternoon and to say the least he has been hit
harder than most of us. He has been filled in on pretty much everything that has happedned since he got back. I told him I was going to the AGM and I had hoped to nominate a director who could lend
some expertise to Harry and Rick. I asked him if he would serve or if
he knew of someone who would serve. He said that he would if asked so
I told him I would talk to Rick Monday to see if he would like Cecil
brought on board. I for one feel that Cecil would be an excellent person because of his integrity, knowledge of the marketplace and also
his contacts with money people. I would like to know how all of you feel and if you agree then let STS know either by e-mail or phone.
Cecil feels like all of us that Rick and Harry need some sound advice
along with better contacts to bring Yetwene andi Riverstone to production. Let me know how all of you feel.
