End of Year Earnings/Price Estimates for SHPS.... Trying to understand the recent weakness in price for both OSCR and SHPS, I set out to establish some reasonable earning figures for SHPS, at least, to be released in mid January... At the Conference Call, SHPS third Quarter Earnings were confirmed: $6 Millions on $20 Millions Revenue... I think we can safely assume that another $4 Millions in Earnings will be obtained from the sale of Memberships in Israel, Europe, the Middle East and the USA, besides the 7% Net Earnings from computer manufacture at CCM... It would seem that an EPS of some 45 cents ($10 Millions over 22 Millions shares) can be reasonably expected... A PE of 50 is fairly conservative for an Internet Business, giving a target price in the next 6 months of some $22.50... Disclaimer: This is only my opinion, not a recommendation and no responsibility is accepted for errors or omissions... Potential investors should carry out extensive Due Diligence and only invest what they can afford to lose... JMHO, F.
