<< Make sure you see a document to prove the owner assigned his patents to his company. >>

If THIS is true… that Lenox does not have paperwork to prove an assignment of patent rights… wouldn't that be evidence of foolishness at least.. or an attempt to defraud? The sort of evidence that would prompt a government investigation at last?

On Lenox's website we find new, incoherent press releases. But there is one press release that is not there, one press release that would make it possible to have some faith in the future. It is time for Ken Kurple to resign as CEO.

"They're trying to take away our company! Don't let them take away our company!" Does a family never figure out how important are truth and honor and integrity... and that the lack of those intangibles is driving them to great loss? Do they never suspect that an unending attention to attracting investor dollars was NEVER an appropriate way to run a business? Or that Ken had little interest in learning the subjects necessary to run a business?

Oh, it was pleasant enough to walk around the halls of a major automotive manufacturer, feeling large, without bothering to insist on payment for the time spent. Who paid for the time? Guess who.

It was fun to hear people with a background in marketing or negotiation come and talk. One needn't really use the knowledge, one could simply enjoy the feeling of being respected.

Why put into place the procedures for quality control, when the measure of all things is not an objective measure, but how good is the experience?

Ken Kurple has acted with minimal concern for the effects of his actions. What wood technology? What foundry technology? Even the company's major foam customer got off the boat long ago.

Every customer, every potential investor, should now require that the firm provide proof that the paperwork is in place to prove an assignment of patent rights. If you know of a customer or potential investor, send them the information they need to protect themselves. Do not hide your talents.

It is time for Ken Kurple to resign as CEO. Investment offers will flow then, and at terms more advantageous to us.

By the way... "us" includes the grandchildren of one Ken Kurple.

God help us.
