Here's the quarterly data with the official explanation on reduction in revenues. schwab.quote.com Well I guess the hot link does not take you directly to the story. However, if you search for OPTI it will take you to the earnings statement released 17 April. There are about half a million more shares outstanding than in the equivalent quarter one year ago. Does anyone know where these shares came from (eg. insiders executing options)?
