Jim, <<possible spin off share dividends>> Maxam (MXAM) spun off Windstar (WSRI) as a tax free dividend to shareholders. Maxam doesn't have a lot of cash so it must have been pretty easy. It's now obvious that the weakness in OGPS wasn't the shareholders selling, but rather the company. Has the dilution ended? If so, it would be in the company's best interest to signal to potential shareholders that they can now buy and see their investment appreciate. Increase in book value for nonearning companies as excuse for dilution falls hollow on shareholders that want appreciation. They seemed to manage their responsibility to shareholders poorly. Hope their technology's better.
