NEW YORK, Dec 14, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

Agreement Allows Mail.com Members to Make Domestic

Mail.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAIL) a leading global provider of Internet
messaging services, today announced a three-year agreement with
Net2Phone (NASDAQ: NTOP), a leading provider of voice-enhanced Internet
communication services to individuals and businesses worldwide. The
agreement allows Mail.com members to make both domestic and

e-mail account saving up to 95 percent off the cost of traditional long
distance calls.

In an ongoing effort to provide expanded communications tools to its
member base, Mail.com will integrate Net2Phone's "Click2Talk"

members to place Internet phone calls simply by clicking on their
address book entries.

"Consistent with our strategy of becoming a fully integrated
communications portal, Mail.com will now offer advanced IP telephony
services to its member base. These value-added services benefit not
only our members, but also give Mail.com a competitive edge in the

Net2Phone lets any Mail.com member with a sound-equipped PC initiate
phone calls from a computer and transmit them over the Internet through
Net2Phone's switches. Net2Phone allows users to place telephone calls
from their PCs to any telephone, fax machine, or multimedia PC anywhere
in the world over the Internet.

"Partnering with Net2Phone allows Mail.com to provide its members with
advanced telecommunications technology that is not only convenient, but
cost effective, further demonstrating our commitment to making Mail.com
a one-stop resource for all of its members communications needs," added
Otremba.

Through this partnership, Mail.com and Net2Phone will offer Mail.com
members four advanced IP telephony services: PC to phone, phone to PC,
phone to phone and PC to PC. The Net2Phone dialer also includes
advanced features such as integration with leading instant messaging
applications.

"Mail.com has built a robust customer base with millions of mailboxes
and we are looking forward to offering our PC-based Internet telephony
services to these Internet-savvy users," said Cliff Sobel, Chairman of
