Janice, How come Joe doesn't respond to your very legitimate question concerning the basis for Jaz Sales in projecting Iomega Sales. He seems really hung up on the 5M Zip production capacity for 1996 that he doesn't realize that his margin for error is so much greater in Jaz and cartridge sales. He seems to have heard that management said that they could only produce 5M Zip drives and can't produce any more. I just didn't hear that. I know I'm reading the same documents that he is reading.

I have held on to all my shares and have not sold any. I am very committed (but nervously) to holding on for a number of collateral reasons. I am open to very rigorous analysis, no matter which way it favors. However, for the most part, both bulls and bears are full of emotion and their analysis can not be trusted. I have a very good sense of how sales are going in the United States and I know that sales have been negligble in the Far East. And, I don't have any sense as to how sales will ramp in the Far East, if at all. However, could you give me a sense of how sales are going in Italy and overall in Northern Europe and possibly how conditions are in the former coummunist countries.

Thanks for any information that you could provide.

Regards, Mary
