Listen Mindmeld, I am no moralist and to be frank I couldn't care less that the PTT's are all ex-monopolies and beaurcrats. But that is changing and all I am saying is that to take these PTT's lightly (when they all have a warchest of billions of dollars) and believe that they are ignorant of what is happening would be the height of folly! The fact that the public voice operators(PTT's) will be here for long-time is the reason why Chambers is so hot to go after that market despite the billions he has to spend in order to even have the necessary product line to play the game. But like I said, don't worry -- CSCO will not fall off the cliff any time soon but the exposure is there --- the issue is whether they will end uop blowing their brains out trying to compete with the Lucent, Nortel, Siemens, Ericy, Hitachi of this world -- because it ain't going to be as easy as their ascendancy in the router market.
