Hi Hamid, it's not my position to give advice on when to buy & sell a stock. The ROWE offer needs the approval of the shareholders. There's been an underlying theme with NEWZ, it's alliance partners, etc. Knowledge Management which looks like it all comes together with MSFT's Windows 2000, and if that's the case, IMHO NEWZ is currently undervalued in the B2B climate with or without an offer.
