Herm, ROST looks very similar to KM, any thoughts on this? I almost got in on ROST when it was in the 17s, then got tied up and it lifted a bit. It is starting to look ripe again, although short term RSI, OBV, etc it high, long term is very low....I'm worried this is more a case of fundamentals than technicals...opinions? Ryan
