Tunica it was not Pacific Bell, which is part of SBC Comm.
It was US West which had small amount of 36170's based on 30 milions Cnd contract from 1995-1996.
It would cost CSCO fortune to buyout NN's switches from SBC and give its own at cost.
Not counting money it have to pay to SBC for future problems and lost customers.
