Noble? Has nothing to do with it. Just stating how the process works. My suspicion is that the class will be certified and lawyers will be appointed to represent the class, but the suit will have very little affect upon Tyco or its share price. Tyco may even carry insurance covering litigation expenses, less a large self retention limit (similar to a deductible).
