my two cents on NOK buying entire QCOM

confirmation of such rumor would be evident in the share price

no company like Nokia could make a tender offer appear credible without beginning the costly step of acquiring shares in the open market... NOK would have to gather something like 15-20% of outstanding shares to even be heard

NOK might have begun acquisition this November, but I doubt it
NOK has mktcap of $170B
QCOM has mktcap now of $70B

with incredible short interest still the case with QCOM
with a tight float still with QCOM shares
proof of such rumor would come in form of quick run over 600 with anecdotal evidence of NOK accumulating

I sure as hell hope not, would be a copout
onliest thing that instills uncertainty in me is Jacobs' age
