I think quite a bit more...you get a nice 266 MHz bus, and t he memory has 33 MHz more bandwith compared to pc100

so..i think between 10 and 15% performance increase with programs wich dont fit in the l2 as a whole.

I think the performance curve will be good for the 1/3 L2 athlon versions, because the memory takes more of the load now ...
