I can't find the 144 forms on the SEC EDGAR site. I know they are filed on paper and then reported daily in EDGAR ONLINE (at least that's what it says in the explanation of all the various form types at: edgar-online.com The best thing I know of for keeping track of insider buying and selling is a web site run by some kind of stock watcher person who's name I forget. It is still free and it does provide pretty detailed insider transactions on a weekly basis. The URL is: insidertrader.com Also, while I was browsing around just now I found the following summary of analyst recommendations, most dated after the big drop.
