Lewis, this may sound trite, but I think you are talking yourself in circles with this market cap dilema in comparing price to sales. When price to sales is calculated, it normally takes into account the market cap. This is because the sales figure is sales/share. Then you take price/share over sales/share, the shares cancel and you get price to sales ratio. Your market cap dilema is solved in this case.. hope that helps.. Dennis
