What I was glossing over was the Prudential downgrade. I am a long-term holder of most of my investments, and upgrades and downgrades will never equal earnings and other fundamentals as shareprice movers. Intel missing some artificial number by a penny will not upset me any more than beating that same number by a penny would make me happy. Regards, Frank
