OH MY!! Have you got a lot to learn! Networks are moving to service based pricing models - quickly. People will not pay for bandwidth. Carriers will buy start-ups to get the customer base back that they lost. Then what? Back to the bandwidth based pricing model? Start-ups will continue to pop up to offer service based pricing (like the cable industry does today) should the carriers continue to buy them...and continue to not innovate. Telecomguy - you remind me of that PSInet commercial where the old telecom guys are sitting around the table saying "let PSInet innovate, we'll provide those new services when we're ready to". You're living the past my man. But then, this is all opinion...let's sit back and watch.. OG
