John, all I am saying is their sales force needs to make marketing decisions and have an attitude which reflects their current position. Maybe if the demand is sky high they can keep their current attitude. All I am saying is that I watched Corel sales reps. lose millions of dollars of State of Florida sales because Microsoft gave a better pitch and treated their clients with MUCH more respect. It really was (and is) a shame because in all cases, the clients wanted to stay with Corel because they were worried about being a total Microsoft camp, which unfortunately is what happened.

A lesson I have learned is had I invested in companies with the best sales teams rather than the best products I would have a lot bigger portfolio right now. That is why I am long Oracle and SEBL for instance, because their sales teams are amazing.

Here's to hoping Corel learned from their Wordperfect screw up and won't let this happen with Linux. Remember, there was a time when Wordperfect was considered the best thing going, just like Corel Linux is considered the best Linux imp. right now.
