The statement of smells like a stock scheme and accusation of fraud are very different, one being perfectly legal and the other not.
I would suggest Mike that you explain how the former means the latter. In otherwords make a compelling argument for your case, which was that I accused GUMM and its management of fraud.
You have proven my point.
