Someone...MM'S....is playing with PAYP hard....I had an offer in to buy 100,000 shares at .035 when the bid was .025 and ask was .035..They allowed 100,000 shares to sell at .032.. then would not fill my order.....They then dropped the bid and ask and gave me 80,000 share...Still leaving 20,000 open....The ask right now is at .034, they allowed someone to sell 20,000 shares at the ask, but will not give me the remainding 20,000 even when i am ABOVE the ask.....hhmmmmm....Dave
