Hello Chad: You seem to know Cecil (IG) personally. Would it be possible to give us some background info on this chap? Most of us are familiar with him as the Guru but have no knowledge of him personally. I get the impression he has been kicking around the stockmarket and mining game for a while. We don't need his whole life story but a paragraph or two to fill in some of the blanks.
