Seems to be settlement rumors. I'll believe it when I see it, but the upside of such could be as high as $130 IMO. I suspect also that Win2K will add some punch in January. It's about to be released, and several months before many had predicted. Feels to me like the market is looking for an excuse to drive MSFT higher. Nothing like a new all-time high to pick up the spirits, eh?
