Yea - B2B E-com is a dead-end 8>)

Read the 10Q - Hope your 'short' sightedness isn't too bad after the recent runup and split announcement.

No Sales - True for most every other startup E-com company. I guess Amazon, E-Bay et al. were bad ivestments 3 years ago for the same reason. If you want current sales and minimal future value, buy Sears.

No earnings - Kinda goes along with no sales, but investors should expect a negative balance sheet until a reliable revenue stream can outpace the investment in sales, distribution and R&D. They sold off the old revenue producing businesses whose current revenues would not be able to supply enough cash for growing the B2B E-com business. Seems like a viable financing strategy for a company starting a new line of business. The proof will be in the execution, but the risk is usually commensurate with the reward.

No prospects - Earnst & Young has an equity investment as well as a stake in growing the company due to their key client royalty arrangement. HP has financed them with convertible note, so also has a stake in driving the success of their business. I2 also has an equity investment as well as product integration and joint sales and marketing. Do you know something HP, I2 and E&Y don't or are you just a more conservative investor. For some reason I trust their due diligence more than yours.

As far as 'Bucky' goes, you probably didn't invest in Microsoft because Bill Gates was a nerd.
