``We simply don't comment on rumors, nor do we comment on our stock price,' a Microsoft spokesman told Reuters. What a crock. Ballmer spouts his mouth off about the price of the stock all the time! I don't like MSFT going up on rumors of a settlement talk. Those can quickly be deflated. I think MSFT should be at a new high today cuz their business is great and they are trading at a discount to the insane the market multiples.
