Walter and Chris, be careful what you wish for.... You may have already gotten it. CIST did sell off its business, reduce staff including Bruce Galton, and announce plans to move to a smaller office. They did not renew with Genome Securities, and they sued Henry Grausz. The latest 10-Q has dropped "business combination or partnership" from their stated goals, and now says they are looking for merger or sale. They may consider liquidation. One of the new officers you are skeptical of advised SI readers last Winter to replace the Board to hasten delivery of shareholder value. See post #1905. It looks to me as if the Board has made good progress on your wish lists. Happy holidays!
