NEW YORK, Dec 14 (Reuters) - Merrill Lynch said it cut its
investment rating on Orbital Sciences Corp. <ORB.N> to a
near-term neutral from accumulate.
-- No further information was immediately available.
-- Shares fell 1-3/8 to 11-5/8 in early trading on the New
York Stock Exchange. Earlier in the session, shares hit a
52-week low.
