Their financials are steller and this deal is so positive for the company and the investors, everyones states that after a purchase, anyhow due to the capital that is going to buy the company. They did not lay out much at all though :). The stock is trading at such low levels. This is the begining of a beautiful thing for CRYS and I see only positives to come.
