Methinks the lady doth protest too much. For that was a mere recital of a nursery parable. I shudder to think of the consternation when I quote one of my famous limericks.

In closing I will pass on this secret to you. A frog tossed into a pot of scalding water will jump right out, but slowly warm the water with the frog in it and you can boil him to death. Have you ever dined on frog legs?
