Nick, I think you'll be pleased being a shareholder of ESHR. If you hold it for a year, I have little doubt you'll realize triple digits return.

With the ongoing hiring (just started) of 100 people for its Internet Business Unit (doubling the head count for the Unit), ESHR will enforce itself as a major player in providing online customer care solutions for e-tailers, ISPs, portals, and just about any sort of dot com venture.
