In his defense, the filing will be completed soon: Filing: I saw someone in the office working on the what was apparently the final stage of the audit. Les stated the filing will be completed no later than the end of next week (Dec. 24, 1999). If the company didn't come off the pinks as a Nasdaq company then it would come back to the OTC:BB once the comments were addressed.
