Ellen, I buy products for the same reason, corporate america buys products because of sales reps, at least in general. All I am saying is their sales team does not have the same attitude as a Microsoft or an Oracle, and that I have personally seen Corel lose millions of dollars in sales because of this. The products are fine, the sales team at least in the Southeast is not. bob
