thanks for the info...as an aside,,why do they even bother asking? i mean,,,if they already suggested an ipo price, wouldn't everyone just put in the top of the range as the bidding price?

And even more asinine, if the range is 10-12, you bid 20, and it bumps to 12-14, you still have to reconfirm. What a bunch of E*Idiots.
