Based on your actions after the dental appointment, we can safely assume she was in a car between the time she was last seen and the time when she was found. That, plus no defensive wounds. What is the most likely scenario, given the facts we know? I think the most likely is that she was not expecting to be murdered, or attacked. If she were in a car with a stranger, or with someone whom she knew slightly, her body would have been tense, she would be on the alert. As a female, even doing dumb stuff, I've always been "on guard", so to speak, in a similar situation. Therefore, this was totally unexpected by her. A wild, random killing, or she knew her killer. JMO
