Jim, <<do all the selling??>> You tell me. There are now 47MM diluted shares. How many shares did you believe there were? You are right, we have seen this behavior much too much in pennies. The pumpers knew the story, exposing it just didn't serve their purpose. Why am I not surprised. On the other hand, some would argue that the book value of the company is increased, therefore their share value should remain the same or even have a greater value even with dilution. Nice theory, but it's not appreciated (pun intended) by penny investors. This company does seem to have interesting technology that could become a reason for multiples, but that may take some time IMO.
