Hi Ed. Have just finished reviewing the latest CHK financials and thought I'd opine that the preferred doesn't look to make much sense to me. Given the large amount of debt carried, I don't see that a preferred buyer is getting a whole lot of security in exchange for limiting what appears to be awesome upside potential with the common.
