With all due respect to almost everyone......short interest in this day and age is virtually irrelevant! Forget about it! At least 1/2 if not more of all short interest is due to option mm's hedging their positions. They care not a wit one way or the other, as long as their positions are profitable. Incidentally, it makes NO difference in the long term what the SHORT term short position is. So......if you are a "believer" you shouldn't care, if you are a trader, God forbid gg, it matters almost as little. John
