Napier Aerospace Update

Tuesday December 14, 4:17 pm Eastern Time

Company Press Release

VANCOUVER, B.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 14, 1999--Napier International Technologies Inc. (TSE:NIR. - news), is pleased to report continued success in the aerospace industry with its Environmentally Advantaged coating removers.

Despite the rigorous process of gaining approvals in this highly regulated sector, the company is pleased by increasing industry acceptance.
The following outlines recent corporate accomplishments:
Napier is pleased to announce its first approved product status from an aerospace manufacturer. British Aerospace has granted approval for use on BAe 146 and RJ aircraft worldwide.

Further approvals are anticipated with continued support from BC Aviation, Napier's UK Distributor.

The SV35A paint stripper has received inclusion in the FEDEX parts manual allowing refurbishers to use Napier product on its fleet without prior approvals.

TWA has re-ordered product. The airline is in the process of repainting its entire fleet and as a result, Napier expects increased volumes from the account.

In recent tests on European aerospace paint systems, Napier's PMA was found to be the only Environmentally Advantaged paint stripper effective at coating removal.

Napier continues to increase market share in the aerospace refurbishing industry at a rate of between five and eight new accounts per month while retaining its existing client base.

Management is encouraged by the continued success of its product in the aerospace industry and look forward to announcing further contracts with major carriers.

Overall, November 1999 sales continued a 300% rate of growth over the previous year.

Bradley T. Aelicks, Chairman/Director
