In 1985 this stock reached $7.00/share never to return to that level after it began it's decline. We recently returned to that old high and if you are a student of Point & Figure charting will observe a "high pole" formation. If the stock reverses it's downward trend and prints 5 it's a buy OTOH with overall market weakness we may see a move to $3.25 where it should find good support.
