Dear John, I am summizing that TSI desperately needs an angel to bail it out based on the fact that they have postponed becoming an American Company incorporated in Delaware until they can move 5 million in special warrants. These guys are good scientists and lousy businessmen. They should have incorporated in the states to begin with since that would have put them in line for some pentagon business instead of being placed in a foreign category for bid work. They should have tried for a NASDAQ BB listing from the get go---that way they would be in a position to move to the main exchange without too much hassle. Its not just enough to have widgits that work. You'll be lucky to ever see see $.50 American and if it gets there---sell! Bill
