How many old 6 1/4% convertible bonds did you have. Unless you had at least 3, you will not get a new Zenith bond. However, you should get a cash payment for the fractional bond that was do you. If you had one old bond, you were do approximately 48% of a new bond. If you had two old bonds, you were do 96% of a new bond. However, you must have had enough old bonds to equal at least 100% of a new bond. See my post at 6467 for a fuller explanation.
